Can I bring a product back to the shop?
All home accessories can be brought back to the shop to be exchanged or for a refund. Furniture cannot be brought back to the shop. If you wish to return a product to us, contact us using this contact form selecting RETURNS as the reason. We will answer you within 48 hours.
How can I contact customer services?
You can contact customer services by telephone on +33 (0)9 82 38 43 58 Monday to Saturday from 11.00 to 19.00 or simply by email using this contact form. We will answer you within 48 hours.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by card (debit card or Visa or Mastercard, issued in France) or by PAYPAL. We also accept payments by cheque or bank transfer. Items ordered are reserved for 5 working days from the date of order. After this time and if no corresponding cheque has been received, the order will be cancelled. Cheques must be issued by a bank domiciled in mainland France, made out to SENGTAI and sent to: Sengtai, 6 rue du Pont aux Choux, 75003 Paris. Cheques will be cashed on receipt.
How can I track my shipments?
You can track your shipments yourself by clicking My Account then MY ORDERS. You will also receive a confirmation email when your product is despatched so that you can track your shipment.
I don't like the product I've received, what should I do?
If you are not convinced by the product you have received, don't panic! We will exchange it or give you a refund. Just contact us using this contact form selecting RETURNS as the reason. We will answer you within 48 hours. For a return to be accepted, the furniture must be put back in its original packaging and must not be damaged.
I have a promo code and it doesn't work.
If your promo code doesn't work, check that the offer is still available and that you have typed the code in correctly. Otherwise, contact us immediately using this contact form. We will respond as quickly as possible.
I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
If the carrier is still there, do not accept the furniture. He will take the furniture away and contact us as quickly as possible by email or phone on +33 (0)9 82 38 43 58. If the carrier has already left, contact us using this contact form. We will respond within 48 hours and come to an arrangement.
What are the delivery times?
The delivery time depends on the delivery method you selected. If you selected immediate delivery, you will receive your furniture within 8 to 10 days. For deferred delivery, you will receive your furniture within 6 to 8 weeks. In all cases, the carrier will call you to arrange a delivery time.
What delivery methods are used?
You can choose between two delivery methods: deferred delivery or immediate delivery. Deferred delivery is made within 6 to 8 weeks and you will receive a 10% discount on the price of the product. Immediate delivery is made within 8 to 10 days. In both cases, delivery is free as are returns. However, you can request delivery to an upper floor for 38 euro. Each delivery method can be modified when ordering on the site.
Where do the products sold by Sengtai come from?
All our products are manufactured in our own workshop in China. The company is vertically integrated which means that you can track production from our workshop to your home. For more information, see the page The Concept.
